Very rude staff and overpriced for shipping boxes compared to other UPS Stores in the area. Won't return to this location again.

The charge is not reasonable. The owner tried to charge more money all the way. I will not use the UPS store 5821 any more.

Walk in and they know you, before you have to say anything they just get what you came for have it ready for you, if something comes for you they give you a call. I love it ! so happy with them. : )
