This UPS store is extremely efficient and seamless. I recommend going here for all package shipments. Once I discovered it, I never used anything else.

Wonderful customer service! I arrived with two huge boxes and Mark, the owner, deemed the boxes unfit for travel. He was right: my boxes were flimsy and were ready to burst on the spot. He pulled out some sturdy boxed for me and I started re-packing. After an hour(yup, I have lots of stuff) and countless air pockets, packing tape and beads of sweat, I had three strong boxes ready to go across the country.
This store is busy, the phone rings constantly; but while we were there, the staff make sure we have everything we need. They are friendly and helpful.
The best part yet: I got a discount for the packing services. Mark is awesome!
I will be a returned customer. Thank you!
