Love this little UPS store. The manager, Diomaris Oyola, is efficient, polite and helpful. She took pity on me for having to return a bag with an overseas address (which costed more than the bag itself!), and checked the price of cheaper services - via US postal. Her customer-oriented attitude makes the shop shines! Go to this shop, you will not disappoint.

The worst ever customer service, never answer the phone calls, closed when they are supposed to be open

I amazing customer service I mean top notch. The young lady Natasha completely knows how to handle her shop. Also 2$ for tape is a great deal because she layered it on to perfection.

This used to be a good UPS store. Then it suddenly became very unreliable towards the end of 2013 and abruptly closed at the beginning of 2014. They have since reopened, but are still very unreliable.
There are other UPS store outlets in the area which are very good. There is no reason anyone should use this particular UPS store.
