Friendly and courteous staff. You can call them and ask if you got any mail, and not only will they tell you if you got mail, but they will tell you who the mail is from. Saves me a ton of time from having to go all the way over there. I gave it only 4-stars because the place is junky and a mess and can get really crowded.

They are the nicest, most patient, most helpful group of employees here.
This is a small store space, but they are managing it very well.
