This place is so run down. They seriously need an upgrade

Never use this franchise. They do not provide all the services they should and do not carry express boxes, apparently hoping you will believe one always buys boxes and envelopes for express services... this is almost never the case. They overcharge you for supplies and charge an undisclosed $2 job initiation fee to print off a drive when this should be no more than 20 cents a page flat. And they are rude about these shortcomings to boot. Avoid like the plague.

I only give it a one star because you have to rate it, they delivered a package meant for apartment 407 to a different location all together to ste 4....we received the email right away we called and they have done nothing but say we paid for a delivery and in their eyes they delivered they now want to charge $29 to "attempt" to pick up the package without a guarantee of it being retrieved to be delivered to the correct address. The contents cost that amount of money AND the cost of the of the failed shipping is already money down the drain. They were very unhelpful and did not care that they delivered to the wrong place as they see it they delivered a package to the closest address they could to the address in which it was intended. Very disappointed and will never use their services again.

Went there Monday near closing. The employee (Calvin if the receipt is correct) was very nice, helped me with making the box and padding it and corrected issues on the printed label without any attitude.
Would recommend.
