If I could give UPS STORE 6404 NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I paid the store to pack some items to ship home to my house. I also paid them extra for secure packing and insurance on the items. The items came damaged to my home. I imediately placed a claim with UPS, this was in April. The owner of this UPS store has fought me every step of the way. His employees improperly packed my items and they were broke in transit. I paid them to pack, I paid them to ship it, and I paid for insurance . My items arrived broken. They should pay the claim. But the owner of the store is such a jerk he refuses. And now on some technicality he says my contract with them is null and void. I am pretty sure the owner of the store kept the insurance claim money for himself so I believe he's a thief. If you use the store to ship anything you're an idiot. Do not believe for one second that UPS supports their customers, they do not. This is a franchise store and UPS has wash their hands of it I guess I'm going to have to go to small claims court.

There is only ONE knowledgable employee at this location. I have had my mailbox for two months now and in two occasions my packages have been labeled as belonging to a different mailbox.. It is absurd the level of incompetence. I cannot wait until my contract is over the only plus is the location. Do not get a mailbox here.

They make you pay $5 to go onto a computer to be able to print a document. Plus each black and white page is 15 cents each. Might as well go to FedEx up the street to print for cheaper.

Just perfect, it was my first experience shipping goods from this UPS store, the staff was friendly and ready to help me in all my needs, they did all the job for me and the only thing that I had to do was pay, done deal.

Wanted me to use the computer in order to print out a label. $5 min + .50 for a printed page. Because UPS doesn't normally have to print out labels?? Absurd.
