The UPS Store

Much prefer this place to the USPS a couple blocks away, always come out of my way to use this UPS store instead.

I ALWAYS get great service here. The staff is friend and helpful.
Whoever owns this franchise however, should consider adding more staff. There are too many customers at high traffic times.

Good 2 have in the neighborhood. Since there aren't many stores like this in the area, so it can get crowded. But the staff is very helpful & friendly.

The young people who work here are sincere, committed, and friendly. The layout of the store and the organization of who handles what tasks can be confusing to the customers, who may be wondering who their job has been handed off to and what its status is. A manager with experience in efficient workspace design could come in and bring everything into excellent working order pretty quickly. Because they are the only store in a 25-block radius that offers the range of services that they offer, they are sometimes overwhelmed. Still, these employees are working hard, and pretty cheerfully, to provide good service.
