Brought in an item to have them pack and ship, and they just threw it in the box and sent it out. When it arrived to the recipient, it was damaged. After a long wait and many calls later, I was able to get them to refund me 80% of the item's cost.

Rude, incompetent and sloppy staff. I went there to send an important legal document - big mistake! I told the guy there (who looked like he couldn't care less about customers) to make sure this was sent with "signature required" because I need proof of delivery (it's legal stuff). Guess what happened: letter arrives but there is no signature. I call the "UPS store" and they check the shipment: the "signature required" option was NOT checked. Moral of the story: avoid this store if you have anything important to send!
