I went on a Friday to deliver a package for a Saturday being very clear that I required the package overnighted to get it early in the morning the next day. The clerk gives me a post office envelope and states it will arrive by Monday and it would be the cheapest way to get it there. I said no, I want to use UPS and send it OVERNIGHT and pay the premium price, the clerk states that it is certainly possible and charged me $24. Bottom line. I missed my deadline because the package arrived on Monday at 10am. UPS states that is was NOT ordered for Saturday delivery. Post office would have gotten the package there as early as that for the half the price. I call up on Monday to protest the mistake, the clerk states that "overnight means Monday" and states that they would look at the camera and if the this was their mistake they would refund me. I called back and Josh the store manager says he spoke to his higher up who states that I paid for a lesser service and the package arrived on time and they will not refund me, and that is after checking the camera, they say the voice was muffled. So no refund for me. I am filing a complaint with BBB.
