Dishonest. Called in before coming and assured me they won't charge me to tape the box closed. Once I got there they told me it will cost me $1 to tape the box closed. When I proceeded to tell him that I called in earlier about not being charged to tape the box, they tried to refund me 50 cents.

Terrible, they try to overcharge and then when you say you'd rather not, they yell and get angry. Unbelievable.
