The worst experience I had in many UPS store I visited before. Fairly say, one star is not even worth it.
I live around St. John's University Queens Campus, and I would drop my package through them unless I have no other options. Every time I worried that they are going to break my package after I leave their facility, because the employees attitude so rude. That's just what I experienced, agree or not agree, cheers.
Not recommend.

This place refused to take the big package drop off because they said theu don't make money from it! One star rating is too high for them.
