The staffs are good. But they r money hungry. Charging more every time. Also they charge very high storage fees.

They quoted me $10 for first class package and when I said it seemed high they said the USPS rate would be exactly the same. Walked down the street to automated post office machine and cost was $4.

The staff here are very pleasant especially the asian girl. She is always smiling and friendly and moves super fast so even where there is a line, I never have to wait too long. What I especially like about this location is they give you a receipt not like other locations where they refuse to even give me a receipt.

I willingly make the trek from Bushwick to this store to ship - super friendly, reliable, and personable staff, and very communicative. They pack and ship all of my artwork, and for the most part, they do a good job. Only had one instance where something arrived damaged, and then they were super helpful during the claims process. I corrected them on how they should pack items like the one that was damaged, and they took the correction very well. I've found an excellent art handling company to deal with the sculptures, but for packing and shipping paintings and drawings, I will still use this store.
