So, if you need to send something overnight, make sure you are absolutely clear that, despite the UPS website telling you that you have until 7 pm, this store does NOT seem to follow that policy. Additionally, they will NOT tell you that if you drop it off after 6, it will not go out until the following day. That's even if you personally hand your package to someone for overnight delivery. So you will pay for and expect your package to arrive the next day, but that's not what is going to happen.
As for service, they never have enough workers. Many of nice, others are rude, but there's never a sufficient quantity of workers. My advice, just go to the Staples if you need to send UPS.

Very unprofessional service here, I'm surprised this team is still in business along 7th avenue and UPS hasn't replaced them. The atmosphere among the workers here is complacent and lax. There is no sense of urgency for the customer and they do not follow usual UPS Store protocol, which is to give a tracking number back to customers after dropping off a package. When I called to see if they could simply "look around" for a lost package that was dropped off earlier this week, the worker began raising his voice in frustration with me. He asked "where can I look." Anywhere. Any. place. in. your. store. My package has been lost for two days now..

Pro: hours
Cons: 5 minute minimum for computer use is $1.25. The service to get on a computer and then pay was relatively slow given that they didn't really appear to be busy. An employee first instructed me to use a computer which was turned off (and the power button broken off...). Another employee was dozing off at the neighboring computer, intentionally, leaning back in the chair (I'm sympathetic to being tired, but it's weird to enter a place of business and see an employee dozing off). The computer and printer did work, but it was neither speedy nor cheap.

Terrible experience. Shipped 27 boxes down to my new home in Florida. was originally told I would need to pay over $2800... I was able to negotiate them down to $1600. Makes you wonder why it was so expensive to begin with. Once my packages arrived in Florida, everything was broken. They rearranged my belongings so that were less secure than how I had packed them. All of my dishes were shattered yet they seemingly sarcastically threw in some bubble wrap with my books... Just awful. Working on filing a claim with UPS corporate now and it's a continuing nightmare! Stay away from here if you are shipping anything important.

This store is great! I go here all the time for printing, faxing, and scanning. They always make sure that I get my tasks done quickly and correctly. They're also really friendly and helpful which is why I choose to go here instead of the other places that are right around it.
