The Tides

I was here for a wedding and the place is absolutely gigantic. Food was ok, but the staff was extra attentive.

My husband and I got married here last May. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how beautiful our wedding was. Thank you Tom & staff for going above and beyond!!

I will recommend this place to everyone. Awesome service love love the food and service.

Words cannot express the gratitude that we have for Tom Austin and the staff at The Tides Estate. I was married on April 12, 2015 and my big day was truly a dream come true wedding. From the beginning, we felt as important and comfortable as if we were part of their own families. On the day of our wedding, they were so attentive to us our families and our guests in every way possible, making it a seamless, exciting, worry-free experience and as the bride I felt pampered in every way. The new ballroom is exquisite, the food superb & the building is personal yet elegant with gorgeous gardens. I'm so glad that my husband and I chose to celebrate our special day with The Tides. I was just there for a wedding August 29, 2014. Overall appearance was very nice but the service was HORRIBLE!! You NEVER take away the patrons food if they walk away from their table to dance or to go to the bathroom or waiting at the bar for 5 mins or longer for their DRINK! Who does that?? My husband did not get his salad and I told the KID to leave it and he said he had to take it away for the NEXT course. That is total BS!

Dear Owners of THE TIDES ESTATE:

You will never get a recommendation from me if your staff continues to take away meals because they do not want to stay after hours to clean up the tables. TOO effing bad for them! Very bad for your reputation! You need to be aware of this and if you are then SHAME ON YOU! Change your rules!
