Here for a meeting and ate at the shop below. Had the breakfast sand which which was tasty. The greens had a lemony vinaigrette dressing but lacked a bit of flavor. $12 overpriced in my opinion but not living in NYC it may be standard.

Had a couple drinks here on our way to Bleecker street for live music. The bar is very trendy, bar staff were very friendly and a good laugh, drinks were well made with attention to the quality vey key to the staff.

Rooftop manager Neil extremely aggressive and arrogant; knows nothing about customer service. Stayed here a few times, but after my issue at the rooftop, I will never stay here again. Life is too short to put up with this arrogant.... attitude that reeks from this hotel.
P.s.....I just spoke to hotel manager Lee Ann and expressed my concerns; she seem to genuinely care and was apologetic about the bad behavior/service of Neil. I was impressed with that and will consider staying here again, based on my interaction with her. Neil needs to find another career where he does not interact with clients......

I will never visit a hotel that turns away our Military for "Dress Code".
We have ceased our corporate relationship with your Anti-American, Anti Military Hotel.
How disgraceful! We hope you have fired your thug bomuncer for his anti-American behavior.

Came here for a beer before dinner and thought the year-round, outdoor beer garden was pretty interesting and unique! They have a couple games such as ping pong and long, community style tables which encourages conversation. Didn't quite understand the necessity for the ticket purchasing considering they check IDs and stamp your hand at the door, but I guess that's a part of the experience! I didn't get to enjoy one of the over-sized pretzels, but they smelled amazing!
