Our flight to NYC was delayed for 3 hours. I called the hotel to let them know and they were very accomodating. The staff was nothing but friendly and willing to help. The room was small (2 double beds) but it fit our needs. The bathrooms are very well done! I was very happy to discover that their air conditioning works wonderfully in this 90 degree summer weather.

I stayed at the SOLITA this passed weekend and the hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful... the girls at the front desk were wonderful and helped me with everything I needed. The hotel room was all we needed, and fit our needs perfectly. I even had to leave a few shopping items behind for my cousin in NY to ship back to me, and I was able to leave my stuff with the SOLITA front desk staff and my cousin was able to pick it up a day later with no issues. They were wonderful and will be the spot I always stay at when I go to new york

Great experience stayed during fashion week . Catherine front desk is wonderful she accommodated my family with first class service when asked upon she will deliver 5 star service. Great hotel with better family atmosphere must stay ....
