Called ahead to see if they could replace my ankle strap cause it snapped. They told me they'll take a look at it so I went in with my snowboard and boot. They are very generous people who love to keep conversation so the wait wasn't too awkward and boring. In the end one of the worker customized a strap that would fit my binding and the total was ten dollars flat! I spent about an hour calling other snowboard shops throughout the city and all of them either said no or they're not sure. This shop was the only place where they said they think they could. I would go again!

Very bad experience. Made a deal with the owner on several items and paid full amount at that time. After they called me to pick up the skis I started hearing rude and annoying complaints from the same owner accusing me that I'm getting everything almost for free. ????? One of the ski sets was not prepared at all. I do not recommend the business to anyone. They have locations in NYC and Long Island.

Value! Value! Value! This place has alot good quality, great condition stuff. I bought skis and even got new, out of the box ski boots for 1/3 the original price. All of the staff is highly knowledgeable and very attentive - not pushy. Clothing, gloves, helmets and accessories at low low prices. And new!!! While I was there a group of six "20-somethings" were getting fitted for a long ski weekend - they got skis, boots, boot bags, bibs, pants, socks, the works in one place. Golf season is finally here and I've already picked up some nice clubs. New stuff comes in every week so you have to keep going back and BRING YOUR FRIENDS!!! They'll thank you for showing them this gold mine!!!

I went there last week and spent a lot of time there. They have a ton of brand name used clubs, drivers, wedges and everything in between. I ended up buying a set of Titleist DCI irons for $100. They have a kids set of pings that I might go back for. It's also a ski shop with clothing, skis and a great selection of ski boots. I'll definitely be going back there when I need anything for golf and skiing and don't want to pay retail.
