This Setai does not live up to its name. A spa that claims to be of this caliber should not be charging $185 for a massage when their amenities do not work. And when brought to their attention, all the people that worked there were incredibly rude. I have never been treated as horribly as I was by the staff at spa. I will never return here again. Frankly, I should have known that it was going down hill given I was able to get the massage appointment at the last minute. When I showed up, I learned I was one of only two appointments that day. It makes sense given the way they treat customers.

Second time here and jacuzzi didn't work both times, I have checked in to use spa amenities and the receptionist didn't even bother to tel me that the jacuzzi and steam room are both down, just made get undressed in order to offer me a refund....

Ever since Vinny left this place has gone completely down hill. The Setai in South Beach would be shamed to be associated with the now dump. Blowing drying hair service right smack in the middle of locker room? Really? Acqua Grotto more dirty than clean and forget about getting a cucumber for your eyelids. Rationing towels down to the disgusting showers and bathroom--- this place is horrendous! Messy lounge and what happened to the soft chanting music to relax to? I stopped going for a while - hoping for a change. Then I get there today and it is worse than ever! I really liked my therapists there, but the rundown of the Setai cannot overcompensate the efforts of the best therapists.
