- Noisy area (cars barreling down Amsterdam, random people yelling on the street at 2 am)
- Expensive, although apartments are well-laid out and have new appliances / finishings etc.
- They have a small (but nice) gym with a few treadmills and machines, but it costs $400 annually to use it.
- Lots of laundry machines
- Nice rooftop garden that has been closed for a while for construction, but has very loud fans all over it that make it impossible to enjoy
- 3rd patio that is impossible to enjoy because surrounded by noisy AC unit
- Great doormen and helpful handymen
- They do various seasonal events for the tenants, which is nice
