The Rug Mall

The Rug Mall has amazing service and great rugs. They have a huge variety of rugs to choose from. Anuj from Rug Mall helped me decide on the size, color and pattern of the rug as I wasn't sure about what would look the best given my furniture and color scheme in the living room. He was very patient and professional.
I would definitely recommend THE RUG MALL to all my friends and family.

I can't say enough about my experience with Anuj from The Rug Mall. He not only helped us select a rug for our living room, but taught us how the rugs are produced in other countries. Although I didn't have a huge budget, he found 5 rugs, which he brought to our home, allowing us to choose the rug with the right colors. It was a very positive experience and would definitely go back there for another rug purchase. Oh, and by the way, we love the rug.

The service is great! I picked out 4 rugs which they delivered and laid out each one in the designated area so I could decide which one looked best with my furniture. They were very patient and helpful with my final decision. The rug itself is lovely and seems to be good quality.

Anuj was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped into the shop (The Rug Mall is a bit of a misnomer; it is actually a quaint small shop off the main road in Aberdeen). He flipped through dozens upon dozens of rugs for me to consider, despite my insistence that I can help myself. He taught me about the rugs as we searched. Then he offered to make an appointment to come to my home and see my selections in place, with no extra charges or obligations. At one point, I wasn't even able to make the purchase due to funds being held up, and he offered to hold my selections for me!

When Anuj and his helper, Moses, arrived at my home with dozens of rugs, we went through them in my living room and den for over an hour. They were incredibly patient with my indecision! We moved them around, reconsidered according to angle, lighting, etc. I felt no pressure and was able to make a decision I was really comfortable with. In the end, I was content spending the money on these treasured rugs feeling completely confident in my decision.
