Very outdated and disappointing, the pictures on the website are nothing like the rooms and the bathroom was very old. On the first night there was not even any bathroom supplies, lucky we had our own. The front desk staff were not very welcoming at all and just in a rush to get rid of us not explaining anything about the hotel, the bar staff were rude. The lift situation was a joke with 2 out of the 6 lifts out of order creating large waiting times. Paid WiFi in this day and age is outrageous, $15/$20 a day for standard/premium. The cleaning staff were actually very friendly and welcoming ever time they saw you which was about the only plus point for the hotel.
