The Robert Zubowski MD Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Cosmetic Surgery, PA

Dr. Zubowski did do an amazing job with my breast augmentation - however he and his staff failed to include important information regarding certain fees! I was told I may need a lift and paid for it in full- after surgery was complete - I was told everything went well and good news I did not need the lift after all - when it was time to receive my full refund -I only was given half the money!! Also it took them over a month to receive! When I asked for a reason why I wasn't refunded in full - Dr. Zubowski and his staff gave me an excuse stating that the surgery had taken longer to avoid the lift , therefore he only gave me half of a refund??? At no point during consultation or there after was this possibility ever discussed!!! After much argument I was refunded completely and discharged effectative immediately!!!! My guess is he tells all his patients they need a lift and makes out like a bandit with an easy extra hidden cost! My advice - get a second opinion, especially if their is a lift concern! Poor Business communication!!!!!

The staff at Dr. Zubowski's office is always welcoming and courteous, making you feel as if you've entered a lovely day spa. I came in for a botox procedure which was quick and pain free, barely a sting comparable to a mosquito bite, but the results last many months and nobody can tell that unless you reveal it. Skin care from Obagi line is available onsite and many other non-invasive procedures that take no time at all and help one look fresh and youthful within hardly any time at all.

Dr Z is simply a refreshing and wonderful experience without exagerated details needed to describe him, his staff, or his office. I came to Dr Z to remove 2 cysts on my head and I was "IN AND OUT IN 40 MINUTES". His staff is fabulous- especially one nurse (who's last name is Caputo... cant remember her first name... but she kept me smiling and feeling comfortable). Simply put- this is all about the Zubowski experience and it's a Class Act. You will leave the office with a smile and with all of your dignity.

Dr. Zubowski and his staff are absolutely amazing! The office is absolutely beautiful, clean, and everyone is the most helpful and professional. I came in for lesion removal and I was completely freaked out about the scarring on my face and how it would look. Dr. Zubowski put my fears at rest and my scar is barely noticable. It blends in perfectly in my skin. He is an Artist! Thank you to Dr. Z and the entire staff for everything! I highly recommend The Robert Zubowski Center.

I had a breast aug in Michigan that wasn't what I expected, to say the least. After moving to New Jersey, I visited Dr. Zubowski looking for answers and help. He was very honest about the look and feel. He explained to me the issues (which my old surgeon blamed on my not massaging them enough) and how he would attempt to fix them. From the first moment, his quiet confidence and complete honest professionalism had me hooked. My husband and I walked out of the consultation completely convinced-which is hard after being lied to by another. My experience on day of was great, but what's even better is the results! He repaired the damage caused by the first doctor and improved on what I had to begin with. After having children I will be going back for sure-no matter where we've relocated to!
