The River Drive Car Wash & Detailing Center

After 7 years of regular auto-wash patronage, left my 2011 Ford Transit Connect there for the Express Detail ($99). Not only did they totally ruin the paint job on my well-maintained vehicle, but the owner started his part of our exchange by yelling at me and basically calling me a liar without even looking at the damage. Got an estimate at a body shop to compound and polish for $421 with the knowledge that we may have to repaint a portion or all of the car if this doesn't work. Went back to New River with the estimate and the owner responded immediately (again) with the yelling. Have filed complaints with the BBB and Angie's List. Both will provide him with my complaint in writing. If he does the right thing (refund and repair) I'll amend this review. Until then...blah...but I'll never go back there again. Psycho. Uploaded photographs of what they did, along with a scan of the estimate that says in writing that the scratches were caused by a dirty pad.

Amazing service!

The worst place ever. Just left there told the guy i wanted my seats cleaned he tells me 5 bucks extra. Car comes out seats are still dirty. So i complain the lady tells the guys to re clean the seats. They refuse to saying the seats are conditioned and it doesnt clean them just shines them. I clean cars more then any of those people there and i dont care what anyone says. Clean shine condition. If theres dirt on a seat and you soray it with whatever cleaner and wipe it it wipes off. Worst place ever.

Employee of car wash drove my car out of the car wash across Saddle River Rd, sticking another vehicle and totaling my car. Owner very unprofessional and negligent with regard to this incident.
