The River Club Apartments

I swear! the leasing office ,especially a manager`s attitude on residents is s~~~~o horrible
always disrespect, arrogant,absurd, even some times insult to customers..
when I lived in this place last 1year, it was a really terrible experience in my whole 40years old life!!!

I've lived here for three years and it's mostly been great.

Best Things
-Wayne, Jose and the maintenance team are exceptional. They respond immediately and they make sure things are completely fixed.
-Also they are very friendly, great neighbors
-Most neighbors are very nice

Worst Things
-management is useless: CONSTANT turnover and the current team is much less accommodating than the team when I moved in. Current manager talks in circles.
-there is no way to complain about the management, AIMCO just redirects you back to the useless manager
-details about my lease were never documented properly (parking space #, etc) by one of the many team members so the current team had no idea what was going on and I had to deal with a ton of confusion
-any requests or suggestions go unfulfilled. I asked about extending pool hours, suggested ways to help keep the pool warm because it is always freezing and had to explain about a hundred times what I was actually asking for because extending pool hours just blew her mind. apparently her calling the pool company on behalf of her community was just beyond her capabilities.

I moved in 5 months ago and have had a great experience. I would absolutely recommend River Club to any friends looking for an apartment in the area - great location and wonderful space. I love being able to walk my dog by the river in the mornings and evenings. Being right next door to the Target shopping center and within walking distance to the movie theater and City Place is great.

Starting at a new job in NYC, I knew that moving closer to work would be a main priority. I wanted to make sure that being away from home didn't mean that I couldn't feel at home at my new apartment. The River Club has given me the opportunity to have a great career and a relaxing home life outside of NYC. Everyone was so helpful during the leasing process and in helping me make an important decision. The surrounding area is beautiful and has every amentity you could ever need. Overall a great experience.

This apartment is a very quiet environment and natural richness.
Hudson sidewalk facing the river and am very satisfied at the optimum for a walk.
Leasing office of service,It looks amazing.
