The only surviving colonial governors mansion in the USA! Beautiful building, but needs to be open and utilized more.

Piece of American history... but underutilized and poorly managed. Internal conflicts between board members and different boards slow progress and keep events and visitors down. Great to visit from the street, can almost never get in.
