I got a Brazilian wax before and was okay with it. The young lady was very nice and attentive. But today I went to get eyebrows and lip done... this experience was blah. The young lady was nice to talk to but I'm not there for conversation, she just slapped wax on me and then applied soothing oil. No trimming of the eye brows or anything. It was not worth $30. I could've just went to the nail salon down the street for that. I would've gotten the same service for 11 bucks. Im glad I finished my gift card. I won't be wasting a trip there again. There's no difference in experience than the least expensive salons.

What started off as a disaster with rescheduling my appointment because of a "computer glitch" was solved. They were very helpful at solving this issue. The establishment is beautiful. The waxer was friendly but it comparison to a wax I had done in the city her actual efforts fell short. The top of the bikini line was completely uneven. I asked if she could get a small section toward my cheek. She tried on one side but said she didn't want to try on the other because the hair wasn't coming out smoothly even though all of the hair was removed on the first side. Lastly, from a corporate standpoint they charge for everything. There is a difference between a bikini and inner bikini. I would rather trek to midtown again for all around better service and the perfect wax.

I would give this 5 stars except--it's a Brazilian wax. It still hurts. As far as waxes go, though, best wax I've ever had! The estetician talked to me through the entire waxing process (which was only about 10 minutes long) to keep me distracted from any pain. They use soft wax, so none of those little broken pieces of wax are left behind, causing more pain.

Great experience for what basically the most painful thing a woman does...next to childbirth, of course.

This place is amazing! It was my first time going and they made me feel so welcome! I wanted Brazilian but it's a state law that kids under 18 can only get a bikini wax. That didn't bother me too much because I am so happy with the service!

Amazing...pretty kitty treat u right....and u leave there walking tall and feeling sexy...the stuff they use on ya kitty is amazing and great for your favorite sensitive friend....a must go if u do Brazilians
