The guy there had no customer service skills... he just said it would be 2 dollars. It the postage was already paid. And he said he would just write me out a receipt. I decided to go to ups store in mclean. Google should make it clear that it is not UPS.

UPS/FedEx/USPS Drop Off. For a price that is.
This is not a UPS Store, it is what what UPS calls a ASO (Authorized Shippping Outler). They are independetly owned, this types of outlets are not required to adhere to UPS/FEDEX/USPS rules and therefore, they charge fees for shipping packages, even if postage/shipping is prepaid. $2 for UPS, $2 for USPS, $4 for FedEx. Never experienced this before. Disappointing.

Owner is Very rude. His energy and negative attitude maybe the cause of his businesses demise. I would NEVER do business here again.
