I was refered by my Aunt & I must say- worth every single penny. Dr. Citron is a utter perfectionist, It was my very first time getting my lips done & he made sure they were absolutely perfect. He took his time and really was meticulous about the size & symmetry. I'll never go anywhere else.

Overall great experience! Beautiful and clean facility -- as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors. Having the surgery center right downstairs is a major plus! Would definitely recommend The Plastic Surgery Group to friends and family.

I was recommended to and had my consultation with Dr. Rosen for a procedure. The consultation was very easy going and Dr. Rosen made me very comfortable in my understanding of the procedure and options. There is a 3D machine that allows you to see your projected surgery outcome which was very exciting to see! I was in and out of the center in just a few hours for surgery, being very well taken care of by the staff. The follow up calls by the staff were prompt and genuine, the follow up visits were delightful. I am 100% satisfied with my results! I have recommended the PSG to friends and family looking for various plastic surgery procedures. I also plan to go back for another consultation for another procedure.

In 2009 I went to the PSG to get a rhinoplasty by Dr. Rosen. The consultation process was really positive and I was able to "see" the results I could expect in 3D, which shaped my expectations. The staff, along with the nurses, were extremely helpful, sitting down with me a week prior to my operation to explain the procedure as well as the pre-op prep and post-op care.

The day of my operation, I arrived and the whole atmosphere was super professional, and the attentiveness of the nurses really calmed my nerves. After I woke up from my anesthesia grogginess, I was handed some animal crackers and juice, which calmed my anxiety. The overall result was just what Dr. Rosen and I had discussed a few weeks prior- natural, artistic, and I was 100% satisfied. The idea of getting this kind of cosmetic surgery had me scared, but the process was seamless.

The office is beautifully decorated and located in the awesome town of Montclair. I have referred friends to PSG as well- one of my girlfriends already scheduled a consult in the middle of July. Thank you PSG!
