Ordered a pizza at 8:20. It's 10 so now they don't pick up and when I asked at 1 and half hours how long it would be they said the driver is already here. Not worth the bad service... still waiting since they won't pick up my call to cancel and now I'm gonna have to pay 15 for cold nasty pizza.. never again

Don't ever order from here. I ordered food from here and they forgot my drink I called and have been waiting for an hour to get it and I'm still waiting now! I also put the tip in on my card and the guy told me I still have to give him a tip. So he took my tip plus the one on my card. I called to tell the situation and the girl kept saying "what!?" As if mocking me and pretending like she didn't understand what I was saying. It's ridiculous.

Not only is the food excellent (absolute best sauce I've ever had came with my spinach roll), but the service at Pizza Club is exceptional! Everyone who works here has a smile for you and they are super accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxed - you can carry on a nice conversation, or watch the game - and the river views make dining inside or out a real pleasure. Pizza Club is a new favorite, I will definitely keep coming back!

Never order the foods for delivery there. I ordered the foods for delivery, waited more than 1 hour, called twice between to check the status, called third time and the guy told me that he did not have my order. Worst customer service ever.

Pizza was pretty good considering some of the other places in the area. Went in for a few slices and had a good selection. They brought us the garlic knots still completely cold, but put them back in the oven when we requested it. Kinda weird they didn't check them when they brought them over. Otherwise would go back to have some more slices there, but prob won't order delivery per other reviews.
