The Physical Therapy Doctor, P.C.

I saw Dr. Robert Morea for A.A.T. I battle several autoimmune diseases and suffered from chronic neck and shoulder pain/tightness. It triggered tension headaches, migraines, and TMJ to the point where I was bedridden. I also had unexplainable numbness and tingling throughout my body, severe joint aches, and a huge list of other symptoms. They are either gone or they have improved dramatically after A.A.T. I’ve tried so many other types of treatments and none of them worked as well or as quickly as this. It also helped with my stress levels and past traumas. The thing that I noticed the most was that I was able to drive without any anxiety or fears. (I was traumatized from car accidents when I was young and experienced a lot of tingling in my face and all throughout my body every time I got in the car.) After just the first session, I was much more relaxed. It even helped me to sleep better. I was shocked. By the third session, I saw a huge improvement on my overall health. The tightness/pain went away and I was no longer nauseous. I cannot tell you how much Dr. Morea and A.A.T. has helped me and improved my quality of life. If you are experiencing any pain or have a bunch of symptoms that just never seem to go away, I highly recommend this treatment. I believe it will help you treat the root cause of your symptoms. It will give you long lasting results and not only offer temporary relief like some medications do. (Ask Donna about A.A.T. if you're unsure. She is so sweet, I love her.) The rest of the staff are also amazing. There are too many of them to name but they are all great. I always felt so welcomed here. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

My experience with the Physical Therapy Doctor has always been excellent. When I first met Dr. Robert Morea, I was extremely impressed with him as he explained the process that I was about to embark upon and completely answered all of my questions. His team of Physical Therapists, led by Dr. Nikki Rahaman, my day to day therapist, is kind, caring, knowledgeable and accommodating. When Nikki is unavailable due to scheduling, I know that I am still in great hands (no pun intended) with her fellow PT's, Marichu, Marjorie, Michael, Joshua and, of course Dr. Morea. Additionally, the Physical Therapy Aides, Pablo, Tyler, Katherine and Roen are exceptional as well. They are all very considerate and always inquire about my health and disposition with each visit. The administrative staff in the reception area are second to none too. Adriana, Donna, Aartie and Linda are all very warm, friendly and courteous upon my entry into the office. They have assisted me numerous times with insurance coverage, billing and appointment issues and continue to make me feel at ease when I am there. I commend the entire team at the office for their excellent standards and outstanding commitment to patient care.

The receptionist was very rude and mean. It says walk ins are accepted on the door. So I went in to find out if I could get a treatment today. The front desk person said that walk ins were not accepted. So I asked for the appointment and cancelation policy in case of an inevitable situation since I am a full-time working mom. She immediately responded saying that " I can not block out the time for you if you still want to shop around " Oh my gosh!!!!! I was speechless....you can not ever cancel the appointment once you make one at this place. Please reconsider if you even think about getting a care ... at this place.

This is by far one of the most professional and caring physical therapy doctors in NY. Thank you for helping me.
