They seem to be overly anal about silly details and ridiculous procedures, but I always got what I came for. Their waiting area downstairs is quite challenging if you are claustrophobic. Luckily I was OK but there was this lady there who needed help. Other than that, it was just fine. The staff is courteous and respectful.
