The Parking Spot - JFK

We have used The Parking Spot at JFK many times. It is very convenient, cost effective and efficient. The staff is very friendly and professional. It makes flying out of JFK much easier.

I always reserve my spot with The Parking Spot. Why? Convenient, responsive, friendly, efficient. It is easy to make my reservation, park and ride to airport or from airport. And the car is always waiting when I return. No hassle.

I don't know what happened here but it was chaos when we dropped the car off and words cannot even describe the mess picking up. We waited for over 20 minutes to get picked up at the terminal and now have been sitting for an hour for them to find and/or dig out our car. Management is completely unsympathetic. Other people waiting already for hours. It is chaos and disaster. Not ever coming back here. Do NOT recommend.

I have used this location many times. Previously, under the name of Avistar, the service was unreliable. Lines used to back up onto the street with customers who did not have reservations. Those with reservations either had to wait in line, or were closed out of a spot. The new system for reservations under The Parking Spot is a pleasure. On Christmas Eve, which is usually bedlam, we pulled right in.
Due to a medical emergency, we returned 12 days early. They obviously were not prepared, so we waited patiently in their comfortable office. The representatives were extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
We are customers of The Parking Spot for life.
