The rooms are nice, but the service is far from good. No elevators. You have to climb stairs from the street to the main entrance and from the main entrance to the apartments, if you are on second floor and up. No phones in the rooms. No soap case in the showers. No remote control for the ACs which are integrated with all others, meaning, if the guest in the room next you changes temp, you feel the impact. No advice on parking. I was charged twice for an extra day at last minute I requested. Other than that, it has free wifi, tv, etc.

Fantastic small hotel. The staff was simply great and the location is in Harlem, a really fun part of the city. I highly recommend.
