The Parc Hotel

The main two reasons I give it 4 and not 5 starts are:
1. Location - I did not like the location - it is in Queens China Town, and for me at least, there was nothing to do there. Obviously it was not a surprise, since it is very close to USTA tennis center and the Mets stadium.

2. Elevators - I know it sounds picky, but they are soooooo slow.

My flight was cancelled at 9pm - great hotel that was only a 10 minute cab ride to the airport the next morning. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the front desk was extra friendly. They even called a car for me by request to arrive in the morning. Highly recommend.

Asked the staff for a request to print an item and they happily helped me out. Extremely courteous. I was not a guest, but that was not a problem.

Recently, a colleague & I had business in the area & stayed at the Parc Hotel for 8 days. The hotel is charming & the staff pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. It was just perfect. I look forward to an opportunity to return! SBS

The room on the 11th floor had an amazing view! It had a view of the entire Manhattan skyline and a perfect view of Citi field where the Mets play. Floor to ceiling windows, spacious room with living roomroom.. I was very impressed especially for the area it was in which seems industrial
