Very nice restaurant, customer service, environment, food and shisha. All are best in town.

Had the most unpleasant experience. I called on March 10th to make a reservation for a party of 20 on April 3rd. Then I called back on the 26th to confirm the reservation for 25 people. Received a call 15 mins later saying that they can not accommodate us because they have a private party scheduled for that day.

I do not blame the person who informed me of the news on the second call. But I blame the first person who I talked to on March 10th for not informing other employees of my reservation and for not putting in any effort in calling me ahead of time and telling me that the day is booked.

I like the restaurant because I have tried it before. But I recommend that when making reservation you confirm with them a thousand times because apparently they are not synced with each other.
