Great moving team, everyone in the office to the guys in the trucks are a pleasure to deal with.

I was outraged when they expected me to pay a $95 parking ticket as part of the bill ! Beware not to sign anything that states you will for their parking tickets! The moving and packing was fine.

my move was from NY to Ireland. I dealt with the International Department and I can honestly say I have never dealt with two nicer or more helpful people. No matter how many questions I asked (which were plenty) they always took the time to answer them and provided me with information no other company before them had done.
Based on their customer service alone I decided to move with them. Its been about 3 months now since I moved to Ireland and I am honest in saying I was dreading the thought of moving; now that it is all done and dusted it was a very easy transition and I believe that it was due to the comptence and patience of The Padded Wagon and in particular the girls in the Shipping Department.
