Elegant two levels rooftop. Beautiful and charming bartenders. Great appetizers, and cocktails.

We went to the lounge on the 8th floor for a friends party. The views are spectacular at night. The music was horrible, drinks were never made the same-way twice, so several people had to ask for drinks to be re made, to which they complied without refusal.
All my friends felt the food was underwhelming. This lounge is directly beside a police precinct and at night, the police are usually sitting in the driveway in their cars.
