The Oceanaire Seafood Room

Service was very poor. Server did not get our drinks correctly and seemed like it was our fault: We were never offered dessert or the opportunity to even see what was on the dessert menu.

Have never been treated as poorly as we were last time. The A/C made the room hot and the wine manager was rude and nasty. We arrived with a good bottle of Pinot Noir from a top wine label. The wine manager refused to open the bottle under their corkage policy because they carried other wines from this vineyard yet they could not deliver to my table this label as they do not carry it. The wine manager said he would not open it and walked away. My party of 4 walked away as well and we will never return to this or any other Oceanaire. We did go to Morton's who had the same other label wine on their list and said there was no problem opening the wine as it was a different wine from what was on their list. Good bye to Oceanaire.
