I'm very upset about their unprofessional work they done; I recommended them to my brother Joseph H. Ruiz two years ago to my lawyer Glen Raj from this firm, for a year he did not file any forms concerning the case to the INS and he never answer the phone or return the calls, when I confronted him, he said that, that's not how we do business and that he will return the money to my brother, but until now he hasn't return it. my brother Joseph did the case on his own and now his wife is here with him, when she could of been here a year ago!!! In my case he miss lead me, he told me I could not get my documents through my wife, my cousin had a case similar to mine and she got her green card in three months through her husband. In my case he did not tell me that he did not file my form with INS until recently when I asked him, the money for the forms is just floating around! I E-Mail him three times asking him for the money because we need it to pay two hospital bills at the emergency room, I even sent him a copy of our bills by E-Mail but no response , I call his cell phone and his messages are full . my wife is thinking of report him to the Better Business B. and sending a letter to The American Immigration Lawyers Association that he belongs to. My wife is thinking of fire him for his unprofessional conduct in our case and my brother's.
