Great place to get a guitar repaired or setup. Employees are knowledgable and friendly and would go the extra yard to help you. Grade A++.

Just came from the Captain Kirk Douglas ( The Roots) clinic/ SG giveaway. Kirk and his power trio were really smoking! I like the low key approach of the sales staff here. They are very knowledgeable and obliging. My sales associate, Mark, was so helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. He really went out of his way a few times. Heck of a nice guy. They have an awesome selection of fine instruments. I recently sacked an absolutely incredible Taylor 812CE in honey sunburst finish. I couldn't be more stoked. Fabulous instrument, so happy that I found this place.

This was my first experience purchasing a high end instrument at the Music Zoo online. I discuss the guitar I wanted to purchase via e-mail and cell.
I was impressed with their promptness and professional attitude. These guys have a passion for what they do and are interested in helping you before and after the sale. Unlike other web retailers, they want to make sure that the guitar is exactly what you want. They offer suggestions about similar guitars and have a knowledge base that is second to none. A seamless professional deal from beginning to finished.
