Nice pool and grill area, but residents take advantage and don't share well. Increasingly cliquey living community and not very friendly or polite. Feels more like a hotel than a community.

Its very near to Path station. Easy to move anywhere. Nice area with all amenities.

Bright Side : Very helpful concierge and leasing office worker (Tarique for me). Whole view of the Jersey City. Great indoor washer and dryer!

The worst leasing office I've been to. We made appointment to check out the apartment after work on Thursday, which they were supposed to be open till 8pm. But when we got there, the leasing office was closed! Without any notification to us, I just went ahead and found out a sign saying "we will reopen tomorrow." I guess they don't care about potential customers at all. If I could, I will give 0 star due to the unprofessional service provided by leasing office.
