Amazing customer service. Sylvia went out of her way to accommodate an early check-in, and helped with an urgent request for printing. Rooms are well appointed, recently updated, shower is very nice, bed was very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again.

Interesting, quirky hotel. You definitely have no view. Windows open to the wall of the building next to you. Nice, clean rooms though! Good for a few nights stay. I would return.

We stayed for one week and had a great stay. The room was small but very nice with a comfortable bed and a nice clean bathroom. The staff was great, welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Robbi with whom we had the most contact. The location of the hotel is also good, close to everything that midtown, Hells kitchen and the centralpark area has to offer. Highly recommended if you want good value for your money.
