The Men With Tools Home Remodeling

All the positive reviews must have been written by friends. I called them, made an appointment to have an estimate for work I need done, and they scheduled a time to arrive. Their office receptionist called me back twice to reschedule for later times the same day. I thought that was nice. Then, they never showed up, and they never called. I set aside time away from work to meet with them. I tried calling them back and a different woman said she'd relay my message and have someone call me back. No one ever got back to me. These guys didn't earn their good Google rating, they are the typical discourteous contractors you'd expect. Too much work breeds apathy for customers and our needs. I guess I expected more after reading the other reviews.

This was the most amazing service I've ever experienced. My floors desperately needed to be refinished and when I saw that the company offers 1 day refinishing services I was shocked. I thought it would be a big messy project, but just as they promised my floors were ready in just one day and they look absolutely flawless. Their customer service is on point as well, when I called I quickly got a quote and a breakdown of how everything would work. Both their service and their work is outstanding, I highly reccomend.

I paid for my aunt to get her floors finished because she kept complaining. I came across this company from a co worker of mine. She raved about their quick and professional service. They guys came within the hour and did an amazing job on my aunts floors. I would reccomend these guys to anyone.

I hired The Men With Tools Home Remodeling to remodel my bathroom and the job they did was amazing. the prices were fair and the workings were very professional and polite. I couldn't have asked for a better team to come and remodel.

My experience with TMWT was terrific! I can't explain how grateful I am to them for actually putting an effort into removing my tiles, and installing the hardwood floors that I requested. It looks amazing! Their attention to detail, friendly staff of professionals and affordable rates are really where it's at!
