I joined the Max in April 2016 and completed my first challenge last week. I first heard of the Max when one of my friends liked it on Facebook. I was very curious, made a phone call and decided - why not try it. It was a great decision. I had joined many different gyms, went and rode a bike and never returned. This was so different and truly exciting to me. I can truly say I went from standing doing much of what I needed to do - to doing sit ups and keeping up for the most part. The Max has helped me push myself to what I feel comfortable doing. I have so much more energy!!! The first time we did line drills I wanted to sneak out and not do it. For someone who doesn't like to be in them limelight and just stay in the back, I have to tell you the girls/guys of the 8:30am Woodrow glass kept me coming back. You couldn't meet a nicer group of people and for that I am grateful.
The instructors Erika and Linda helped me so much and I thank them for always being there for me and never judging. Roseann, the owner, was wonderful to me and I thank them all for their help and friendship.
So if you have not done this type of program I urge you to get up and do it - a 10 week challenge and 45 minutes of your day and you won't be disappointed!!!!!
