Buying a car out of state car can be a nervous experience. Most people end up just buying a car they can physically see and drive because they do not know if they dealership they are buying the car from is honorable and stands by their words. Well I can honestly tell you that my experience with The Luxury house has been nothing short of AMAZING. I was in the middle of purchasing a BMW from a BMW dealership and could not believe how bad of a customer experience I was having so I decided to pull the plug ad continue my search. in continuing my search I came across The Luxury Haus so I decided to give them a call later in the evening expecting to leave a message and to my amazement someone picked up and I was transferred to Raphael. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and his attentiveness to my requests. I could not believe how smooth of a process this was made. I basically told Raphael the car I wanted and he came back with a great price with an even better interest rate than the bank I have been dealing with for 25 years. Being an out of state buyer I asked Raphael to send me numerous pics and even videos of the vehicle and he did without any hesitation. I also asked if he could set me up with shipping of the vehicle and he quickly put me in contact with Steve. Steve could not of been any more professional. Even when we had to change the shipping date because of the delay with the paperwork Steve immediately found me another shipper and the car was on its way. When the car arrived to my home I could not believe how amazing the vehicle was. I called and spoke to Amir (on a Sunday) and expressed my levy of gratitude and wanted to let him know how impressed I was with Raphael and Steve and how happy I was with the level of customer service I received at the Luxury Haus.
One thing that I want to point out is that when purchasing a used vehicle most people are scared or concerned they might be buying a lemon or may not feel comfortable buying a vehicle that is out of state but I can tell you with my experience I know that I will be shopping here for long time and others should also. Even when there was a minor issue Amir came in a stood by his word and fixed the minor issue within 1 hours time.
Another positive thing is that if i am searching for a vehicle that they do not have on their lot they told me that they can get it. Its like having a personal shopper. With my day to day activities and always being busy i love knowing that when I am searching for my next vehicle I can just pick up the phone and give Raphael or Amir a call and they will find me my vehicle. This just saves me the time and hassle and I know that the price I get will me the best price!
