I wish to apologize to the American People and humanity in general
for the bar of NY and any other authority involved for allowing this bozo to continue to occupy otherwise useful space and consume otherwise needed air, water and food. I appear to be required to put in at least one star to post this, so please do not interpret that as any sort of acknowledgment that this person has any use in the world at all, even as a bad example.

Horrible place so my older brother just called them and apparently he's not allowed to get information because he's not my legal guardian but he's currently taking care of me because my parents are out of town and he called for some questions about the payment options and they were so rude. They said they can't be answer no more questions when they couldn't even answer his first question and it clearly states in the letter that for any questions to call. Horrible place I don't even know why they call themselves a business when they can't even take care of customers

By far the worst customer service I've received over the phone. I tried calling 5 times and every time I would be on hold, and then it would just go silent. After about 2 minutes of silence it would tell me thank you for your voicemail. I hadn't even pressed any buttons. I made sure of it on my 4th and 5th call to leave my phone on speaker away from my face in case I was pushing something by accident. After 2 hours I still haven't gotten a call back from the office. Honestly ridiculous because I had a very urgent matter and they aren't doing their job adequately. I will never use this Law Office. (edit): Finally someone called me back but they were extremely rude. First off she never introduced herself, she only said that it was the law office of Michael Ira. Second, she didn't ask me how I was or even what my name was. When I asked her how her day was she acted like I never said anything and just asked me for a case #. The only enjoyable part of my experience with this Law office was getting off the phone. Beware if you intend on contacting them.

This establishment is extremely rude and very incompetent. I was charged twice on my credit card after they told me my card would be removed from their file. Every time I would call they were plain out rude and I was given the run around. Try to stay very far away from this law office, unless you want to deal with frustration from being talked to EXTREMELY rude and never having anything handled accordingly. They need to start firing some of the staff who answer the phones and hire people who know a thing or two about some DECENT customer service!!

Very rude. Most don't seem to know anything that is going on. Hard to get answers to questions. Repeatedly sent me letters saying I still had a demand to pay, when I had already paid it. Just overall poor service.
