I started working with Aubrie when my other trainer moved away from the city. She came to me through The L Trainer who made the transition very smooth for me. Since working with Aubrie, I have focused a lot more on my cardio abilities and learned what my heart rate is, where it should be and how to measure it properly--which has helped to make our workouts more efficient and effective. Aubrie arrives on time, engages me during our sessions and genuinely enjoys what she does. I am happy to have found her and would recommend her and The L Trainer to anyone in need of a professional, caring and knowledgeable training buddy.

I’ve never been an athletic person though have worked with numerous trainers over the years for weight loss. Now in my 40′s I find that I have aches and pains that prevent me from pushing through on my own for fear of a real injury. However, after just 6 weeks with Conrad I am stronger, more confident, and have much more stamina to push myself during my own workouts. Unlike the other trainers, Conrad educates me on why I’m doing each exercise, helps me to visualize the benefits of each movement, and knows when to push me further and when to hold back. His educated approach makes me feel confident in his hands and has helped me to build a strong foundation so that exercise has become a regular part of my daily routine, rather than just a means to lose weight. Thank you Conrad!!

I have been working with Jesse for about 2 years. Three things come to mind when I think about characteristics that set him apart from others trainers with whom I have worked in the past: he demonstrates high energy that is contagious, he holds me accountable to my goals in a way that makes me want to do better, and he is so encouraging-he highlights even the small wins. As a result, he has helped me accomplish my fitness goals in a fun yet challenging way.

I have been working with The L Trainer for 8 weeks, training 4 times a week, on their monthly program. Once with Conrad and 3 times with Susan Hankin. They are both amazing. Susan is so real, down to earth and knowledgeable. I have seen major improvements in my body and mind.
I am 69 years old and in the best shape of my life. The L Trainer team is very professional in every way. I highly recommend them!
