I like the hotel, but if you have any problems with steps please think twice if your room is not located on the main level. My visit was to attend a birthday celebration. The banquet halls are on the lower level and there is no elevator. My room was on the main floor which was a great thing, until there was a problem with the door lock, my husband could not leave (watching our belongings) the room until the issue was resolved, and by that time he had missed dinner and the bar was closed. I had to keep making my way up and down the stairs to see what was going on. By that time I was frustrated and exhausted. Management came to address the issue and I must say (Chris) was able to get my husband a plate of food, provided us with a few drinks, and was able to discount our room rate. We were in none of the family pictures, nor was I able to get any of our own. Very disappointing. Things do happen, there were no other rooms on that floor available...to be moved to another floor would mean I would have been challenged with the steps. I was DONE.. Slept good that night. Mattress was nice my husband and I joked about paying for the meal and drinks and asking for a mattress set as a compensation. Things Happen..... that darn door

our family stayed here for 5 days. the rooms are spacious. in fact, it's bigger than other 4 stars hotel that i've been to before. the decor were modern and crisp. the bathroom is big. plenty of light sources to choose from. i like that it has a microwave inside the room and the it's just beside Acme so we were able to buy stuff that we need for the short trip without driving far. Internet connection is fast and free.

This was a last minute spontaneous stay. I checked in after 8 and the staff was very polite and welcoming. When I thought my tv wasn't working Jose came to my room right away and was the best! Based on his amazing customer service and warmth, I immediately extended my stay. The Kenilworth will definitely be a place I will be visiting again and telling my friends about! The only thing I wished for was a blackout curtain because there was a street lamp that shined into the room that was a bit distracting.

The hotel was very clean although there was a faint odor of mildew in the hallway. This may be due to the face that it rained for 3 days straight while I stayed there but as soon s you walk into your room the smell goes away. Rooms were very nice and bathrooms even nicer. There wasn't much of a view as my room was semi underground which wasn't too big of a deal to me. Overall I was highly satisfied with my stay because of theamazing rooms and very friendly staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights during PGA tournament. We had two rooms, one king suite and a two queen suite. The King Suite was lovely, lots of room with a couch. The housekeeping was excellent with great attention to detail. Both rooms were well equipped and we enjoyed the coffee pod machine, fridge and microwave.
Staff at front desk were super friendly.
