The office is clean and modern, the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. There is a very positive vibe in the office. Dr Kaplan is also very friendly and easy to talk to....I asked him about lip injections and he took the time to show me photos (before and after of his patients) and a video too. As always he is very informative and he never pressures you to get anything. This to me is very important. It's always a good experience here. Dr Kaplan is very knowledgeable and explains procedures thoughtfully and thoroughly.

Outstanding! Dr.Kaplan is very knowlegable, caring and a true perfectionist. He alwsys explains very thourougly what and why he thinks will work best for you. Office manager Krisitina always is friendly and proffessional. I have recommended Kaplan Center to many who are looking for these type of services. I have never been anything but fully satisfied by my experiences at The Kaplan Center.
