Confirmed that my mother's insurance was accepted with 2 different people (one a supervisor). We arrived, then turned away because the facility's contract wasn't renewed. The front desk staff weren't informed. They found out when they tried to adjust the PCP with the insurance company. Lost a day's pay and now have to search again for another doctor.

They are always slow. .
Be prepared to do at least 1-2 hrs of waiting.. it doesn't make any sense to go there early before your appointment because you'll still be waiting.. other than that its fine

Yesterday I had a dental emergency, I never been there before and was a walkin patient. The staff was so amazing. I was treated so nice. I love my dentist! I will make this office my regular office.
